Is everyone still liking these posts?
We don't have to keep doing them unless you want to. I like keeping track and being held accountable for what I'm eating because I know I have to report to you gals each day. LOL!
B - 1/2 blackberry yogurt (it tasted like butt so I threw it out), 2 clementines, french vanilla coffee
S - Pineapple
L - Leftover pasta with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, spicy sausage and garlic oil
D - Will be pepper turkey and lettuce on whole wheat and some chips/salsa (spicy black bean and corn salsa).
E - The usual for a work/school day - 8 flights of stairs and about 1mi. walk to and from school

I certainly don't mind them, but I also check into the one on the H&F board too so if it went away I wouldn't be crushed, but I still like to see what everyone eats.
pre-workout: 1/2 a kind bar

b: toast w/ pb and a protein shake
s: hummus, carrots, bell pepper and an apple
l: tuna on sprouted grain rye bread
s: trail mix and a pear
d: homemade refried beans, tortilla and spinach
I like them. You guys barely eat, or at least it seems that way to me! But that helps keep me focused!
B: egg whites, light wheat toast, ketchup (190)
S: kashi bar (130)
E: swim 1/4 mile, approx. 25 minutes
S: 1 cup of crunchy noodles (230)
L: 1/2 turkey wrap (wrap, turkey, cheese, lettuce)
Mine is like the same everyday... blahhh...
B: Oatmeal with blueberries
L: Baked potato, tomato, yogurt
S: I might eat an apple shortly
E: 3.5 miles on treadmill, abs, arms
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
i think they are interesting to see. of course i eat like 15 times what everyone else does.
we had cookie crisp for breakfast, hot dogs and mixed veggies for lunch, and cottage cheese with fresh pineapple for snack. i am not sure what i want for dinner yet.... we were supposed to be having boring baked chicken, potatoes and veggies.
Have you guys not seen my lists? I feel like I eat more than all of you combined.
I don't feel guilty about it though. I count my calories and measure my portions and I am right where I should be, but I still eat about 2000 calories a day.
I like doing these because it gives me ideas of what everyone else makes for dinners & lunch and stuff. And, like you said Bella, I love the accountability of remembering what I ate and not feeling gross about it.

E - same exercise routine - week three/day 3
B#2 - bowl of oatmeal, coffee
S - small cup of yogurt w/ granola - I was going to be in the car at 12 so I knew I had to eat again before I got in teh car for teh afternoon.
L - diet coke & 4 chicken nuggets from mcD's - i tried for a wendys for a chili but couldn't find one
D - bowl of chicken soup
S - cheese & crackers during class, coffee
Girl, I don't post my late night peanut butter cup nomings or my days I am eating out Big Macs. LOL!
