Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Gift Idea?
So my BIL is getting married in May. They do not have anyone really helping them with the wedding cost and they don't think they will be able to take a HM. H was talking to his brother the other night and BIL was asking what we did the night of the wedding and H told him we hired a get-a-way car (escalade with driver) to take us to a hotel. And he said something like they weren't going to be able to do that (i'm guessing because of money). So last night H was saying that instead of us getting them an item off their registry as a gift we could book them a hotel for the night. Which to me sounds like a good idea and we would be willing to spend 250-300 for the night and we found a couple of nice hotels I know they would like. But if I was to give this as a gift to her at her shower how do I tell them thats the gift? I could right it in a card but thats kind of lame. Any ideas?

why cant u just get something small for the bridal shower and then let me know later what you're getting them as a gift?
it just seems strange to me to give your wedding gift to them at the shower.
I just didn't want to randonmly one day say were getting you a night a hotel for the night of the wedding. I thought we should give it at an actualy gift giving time. Like at the shower.
If yall think that will be best, i might just do that.
