Health&Fitness Wednesday

UGH so i guess i haven't been doing horribly lately, but just not good. I haven't exercised in FOREVER (unless you count shoveling, which was by necessity only...and i sucked at it).

I've been eating ok, but i've been drinking some soda lately which i've been trying to stay away from. Will do my best to not drink anymore this week unless its just a little sprite mixed in with some OJ or something.

I refuse to weigh myself this week. LOL. next week, i refuse to NOT weigh myself.

 ANDDDD onto the next lady...how are you doing w/ your goals?

  • i haven't gained or lost anything. I missed going to the gym all last week because i was sick.

    This week the gym classes have been cancelled because of the weather. I went yesterday and did the elliptical. I was really looking forward to zumba this morning. guess i'm off to the store for the game.

  • I didn't weight myself today but I'm sure I have stayed about the same. I signed up for sparkpeople.com so I can attempt to start tracking my food/calories. We'll see how long that lasts!

    I've been keeping up with my kickboxing and spin class every week. I want to sign up for a 5k in May so I need to start c52k by like March. Ideally I'd like to get to M-W-F weights and c25k working, Tues kickboxing and Thurs spinning.

  • I have been keeping up with my workouts. Worked out 5 days last week and I missed yesterday, but plan on going today.

    My jeans fit a little looser this week so that must be a good thing ;)

  • with all the snow days over the past few weeks, I have been exercising EVERY day for at least a hour and 15 minutes!

    We are doing biggest loser at school and I weighed in today and I have not lost any weight on the scale (although I am bloated) but I feel a difference in my clothes... I fit back into dress/work pants that were too tight three weeks ago, and my abs feel flatter and more toned :)

  • We are doing biggest loser at my school/work too!  We weigh in on Thursdays. I had gone down last week, but my scale at home said I had tone up.  The week before I was down on my scale at home and up at work.  I haven't worked out and ate bad over the weekend. I did make a good healthy choice (chicken and got broccoli for a side..I used to never get broccoli as side) at dinner last night instead of the french dip sandwich I usually get there!!
  • I've been doing better at eating well, DH and I make a yummy pork kabob dinner with veggies and pineapple yesterday...but today we were both gone from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, so we were awful and ordered a pizza for dinner.

    Working out?  What's that?  I hear it does wonders...lol.  Wish I had the time right now.
