have'nt been sexual or shown some intimacy in about a 1 yr.. advice please
We've been having disagreements and arguing and it started off with not being interested due to not getting along and not showing any love or affection because of all the diagreements now it's more like how do we get the intimacey back. Its confusing because I have urges but not knowing how to connect again and he seems to have somewhat the same.

I think you may have to force it the first few times, then it should get easier.
Fake it til it's true kind of thing.
counseling is a good idea.
but, an easy start should be to just be more physical all the time in a non-sexual way to help bring you closer together. Sit next to each other on the couch, hold hands, offer a back rub, give lots of hugs, lean your head on his shoulder.
