Augusta Walking Group, new moms
Hey everyone in the Augusta area!
I'm a new mom near Augusta, GA, and I can't seem to find any post-natal workout classes for mom & baby in the area. So, I'm putting my feelers out there to see if we can get a group of moms who want to grab their strollers and head to the Augusta Canal Trail for some fresh air & exercise!
I'm thinking that we could meet during the early afternoon, 2-3 times per week.
