Ok ladies, I need advice. Our wedding photog was asked on the night of our wedding to stay for an hour of overtime, she and her assistant left about 15-20 minutes early, then never billed us for the overtime. Our pictures were supposed to arrive a week ago and didn't, so I emailed her to ask where they were and if she was going to inv...oice us, she let me know she had a staffing issue in her office and she was behind schedule and we'd get them early next (this) week and she sent me an invoice. But now it's thursday, and still no pictures or an update. I'm at the point where I don't want to pay for an hour of overtime that wasn't completed especially since our photo's are now a week late...What would you ladies do? (sorry this is sooo long!)

    Since it was the night of your wedding that you asked her to stay she may have made other plans for that time, and she still stayed pretty much the entire time, 15-20 minutes really isn't that much time away.  I would still email her and express your concerns about not receiving your wedding photos yet.

    I agree with PP's I know our photographer and videographer were backed up because of the holidays and had told us such. You should e-mail her and voice your concerns however she did stay overtime so you do owe her that money.

    Thanks ladies, I know I'm being high maintance. I guess I'm just frustrated by the total lack of updates from them. I understand that things happen, but these two things are compounded by her emailing me two days before the wedding to let me know my day of photography team was changing and her leaving early without saying anything, literally they slipped out the back. I emailed her asking for an update so we'll see I guess...
