How's everyone doing on WW Points Plus?

I was wondering how the new Points Plus system is going for everyone so far?

For me, I've definitely been eating more fruit.  My mid-afternoon snack has changed from a latte or whatever snacks I have around the house to fruit of some sort (yesterday and today I had smoothies with only fruit and ice).

But no real weight loss.  I've been fluctating within a 1 lb range... so, I'm not sure what's going on.  But I'm glad I made it through the holidays without gaining (and the holidays included time at an all-inclusive!).

How's everyone else doing?

  • I went back to counting a few weeks ago and then with my work stress and vacation i just got back from I stopped again, but I'll get back on track next week-I like it. I've noticed I have problems eating 29pts of food a day. I eat carrots and an apple everyday so it fills me up but doesn't count as points. I like it.
  • When I was counting I was gradually losing, though the last 2 weeks I fell off the wagon when we started eating out a bunch, then not buying groceries, then eating out more as a result. Bad. To keep on track I really need to be eating my own food or it just all goes to hell. I'm a big fan of not having to count fruits and veggies. I never really gorge myself on fruit though, but I do definitely wind up eating more veggies since they are free. I really like WW in general.

  • Pretty good :) I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks! I just find it odd that I get 9 points for running 50 minutes. I haven't used all of my extra 49 points for the week but I'm sure that is bound to change. I love not counting fruit and I've definitely been eating smaller portions. I am doing the program online so I like tracking my foods and being accountable that way.

  • I really like it so far and have lost a couple pounds as well.  I am eating better than before, which is great.  I am sad about how many points tortillas and tortilla chips are though.  I love chips!  I also can't find baked tortilla chips...I haven't tried Whole Foods yet, but hopefully they'll have some.
  • Still maintaining... Still have 10lbs to go.
