Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Does anyone post/lurk on H&F?
I want to ask a question and I figure those girls will be the best to answer, but I never hang out over there so I have no idea how they usually treat newbies. Especially one who has no desire to run marathons or that kind of stuff.

I lurk and I've posted. They are all generally friendly, in my experience. I know cshissell posts there pretty regularly.
Same. I've asked a couple of questions on there before. You might not get as many replies as a regular, but they're usually helpful.
