I'm getting sick of January - this snow is for the birds!
What's everyone doing??
Re: TGIF!!
Getting ready for work right now!!
Today--work work work, tonight I'm cleaning and doing some more work
Tomorrow--kiddie playdate around noon then some more work
Sunday--relaxing and some more work
Today: running around cleaning, last minute grocery shop trip for our OOT guests
Tomorrow: Swim lessons for Abby, see above, welcome my SIL's and nephews around dinner time.
Sunday: Not sure yet! Whatever the boys want to do :-)
Ummm... Snow day #2 for this week alone. What the heck has happened to my otherwise heartless superintendent?? We'll be going to school year round at this point.
Tomorrow: Christmas with my brother. Then off to see Carly and do my first shoot (y'all know what I mean) of 2011! It's going to be freakin' cold, but I'm still super excited.
Sunday: Editing lots and lots. And taking a high school friend and her hubby, who just moved here from SLC, for a hike with my hubby. It's going to be cold, but we're dressing in layers and aimed to make it a good day. :-)
Happy Friday ladies!
Today: Drove into work - I am so over snow! Hanging at home with the boys tonight, catching up on some Netflix. (Just started Season 3 of Dexter)
Tomorrow: Cleaning!
Sunday: Church and more cleaning.
Today: Work. Groceries. Get the babe and snuggle.
Tomorrow: All three of us are going to Whole Foods to see if I can find some non dairy stuff to eat. I want some yogurt...sour cream maybe. And we will probably stop in to see Biswell.
Sunday: Just me and the babe sitting in front of the fire eating cupcakes.
I'm working from home today because my mom didn't want to drive up in the snow to watch Marcus. I've been up and on the phone because I'm on-call since 6am dealing with staffing issues because day treatment was cancelled. Not my favorite way to start the day! We were supposed to have book club tonight, not sure if we'll still plan on that?
I don't think I have anything planned for the weekend, fine by me!
Today - Snow Day - I only worked one full day this week M-MLKJ T-early release W- late start Th- full day F- snow day, going to the grocery store so we have food for the weekend and watching some instant Netflix.
Sat/Sun - no plans other than to stay warm!
I jumped to like, 3 conclusions - Please clarify for the less informed
Tonight: Book club?
Tomorrow: Hair appointment for a cut and color in the morning (thank God!) and then pretty much nothing all afternoon.
Sunday: More nothing.
DH is reffing a lot these days so my Tivo and I are spending a lot of QT together after Miss Ridley hits the hay.
Well, if it's what I think it is, she's not going to be wearing blaze orange.
Say cheese!
Today- Snow day! DH even has the weekend off, so I am super excited to have 3 days at home with the whole family. Laying low today and trying to get over my cold. Hopefully Eli's swimming lessons are still on for this evening, then having friends over for dinner afterward.
Tomorrow- Eli's gymnastics class in the morning, grocery shopping if we don't go today, then going to a friend's for a play/dinner date.
Sunday- Heading into South Portland for lunch and to pick up a bookshelf we bought at the Mill Store.
Today: I'm working from home, so lots of breaks to play with Bear in the snow later.
Not sure what tonight brings.
Tomorrow: Dh's basketball game in the morning, maybe Pirates game at night, maybe not.
Sunday: Dance and Zumba at night, but the rest of the day is open.
And for the record, I am so not over the snow... yet.
Today: Stuck in the house again; thanks a lot snow. I still feel crappy, and Owen is still not 100% (he's maybe 60%), but I was going to at least brave the Container Store and Starbucks for a change of scenery and to get us out of the house for an hour. We're getting a little squirrel-y...aside from daycare on Tuesday, Owen hasn't been anywhere since last Saturday. (When the MIL & SFIL come to town, they never want to go anywhere.) But the snow is pretty heavy here, and is expected to continue to come down until the early afternoon. Boooo.
Tomorrow: Hopefully it will be clear and I'll feel up to some errands. Sleeping in, then heading to the Container Store and possibly Ikea to finish up the kids' closet so that I can start washing/putting away baby clothes.
Sunday: More putzing around the house, doing baby stuff. Maybe re-arranging the furniture in the kids' room to make way for Owen's new bed, which should be here in about 3 weeks. Maybe cleaning/reorganizing my room so that I can bring the bassinet down from the attic.

There is a place in SF called "Giordano Bros" opened by some ex-pat Pittsburgh residents that makes these sandwiches. OMG I love them so much. MH and I have made them once for a Steelers game at my sister's house. (BIL is from Pittsburgh, and a big Steelers fan.) Now I'm thinking we need to make them again soon...
So sick of this snow! My mom leaves next weekend to move back down to SC and we haven't been able to do anything
Tonight- snowed in with a lassagna
Tomorrow- DH will stay home and do some chores and I'm taking Caroline to her playgroup. Then tomorrow night we're taking my mom out to dinner. Not sure where, thinking Mike's Clamshack in Wells since not much is open, or kiddo friendly.
Sunday - not sure. Depends on just how cold it is, and what everyone is up to doing.
LOL at "snowed in with a lasagna" and I LOVE the Clam Shack!
I have no idea what my plans are... I'm sick and hoping it's nothing too serious. I'm supposed to have a girls night/ bachelorette party in Boston tomorrow night and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to miss it
That's all I have planned... or not planned.
Today: Just got back from my 34 week appt. Relaxing with my boys tonight
Tommorrow: Road trip to IKEA!!! My friend and I are heading down to the Boston area to shop.... can't wait!!
Sunday: Home Depot to pick out paint color for Peter's new room and starting on that project! Lots of little projects to do around the house!
Tonight: Snunkering at home by the fire with my husband and the little one. (Snunker = snuggle + hunker, in Maineish it's pronounced "snunka").
Tomorrow: if the driveway gets shoveled I may go to Target. This would be my very first trip to Target since having the baby. My husband does all the shopping so I don't get out much. If I don't get out I'll paint my toes and give the baby a bath.
Sunday: Football. Go Packers!
Blah..today we were supposed to leave Portland at 6:00 AM to head to New York for my mother's 60th surprise-ish birthday tomorrow...but we got about 40 minutes south and turned around. Hopefully, once the snow has let up further south, we can hit the road again - maybe around 1:00 or 2:00. We were hoping to meet up with friends for dinner tonight. Heading back to NY is always a project because we wind up "booking" every minute of our time in some way.
Saturday: Headed out to eastern Long Island for wine tasting and lunch with some family and friends to celebrate the big 6-0! Her actual birthday is Sunday and my DH's birthday is tomorrow, so it will be nice to see everyone, should we make it. Dinner out with his family tomorrow night.
Sunday: Traveling back to Portland early, so we can be home long before 6:30 game time ::meekly says "Let's go Jets!" in Patriot country::
Loving the snow- we had another snow day today. I woke up at 7 and promptly went back to bed
DH and I slept in way too long.
We really don't have plans this weekend. I am making whoopie pies at some point. We'll watch disk 2 of Dexter season 4
Perfect weekend ever
Change of plans. It's sunny so we're heading to Mike's tonight since it will be a tad bit warmer out then tomorrow night.
Tonight: we have been going non-stop on season 2 of Bones...
Tomorrow: maybe to Beans so I can return some coats and other stuff and hopefully get two new coats!
Sunday: heading to Portland to get the boys hair cuts.
