It's FINALLY Friday!
Hallelujah!!!

Today is been great so far and I hope it keeps up!
1) it's payday
2) i found out that since we have to take furloughs again this year i can claim unemployment, again, and not have to wait the "waiting week" again
3) we're going to a friends house for dinner and games

TGIF!!!!!!! Hallelujiah amen holler right on and all that jazz.

What did I do last night? I can't remember. Oh. I filled Kelly Taylor up with gas, picked up my BCP, then headed home and packed up MFD's cousin's baby shower gift for MFD to drop off at his other cousin's. I did three loads of laundry and put one away (the other two were hanging loads). I ate dinner, picked up a bit, made savory oatmeal for breakfast, packed lunch and gym bag, and watched Life Unexpected, Community and Jersey Shore on DVR.

I read some mags in bed and fell asleep after midnight. I did not want to get up this morning. There's about three inches of snow at home and zero down here in the city. It's weird.

Leaving early today for my brother's Hall of Fame induction ceremony. I will probably leave earlier than I need to. Natch.

It's FINALLY FRIDAY!! I have to work an afternoon half day in a special ed classroom, but it should be okay. I am hoping I don't get called in to my waitress job tonite because hubby mentioned going out to dinner tonite if not and that would be awesome. We probably won't really see each other much this weekend except to sleep because of our work schedules and some other stuff, so dinner out will make up for it somewhat. Does anyone else have weekend plans that beat mine? It won't take much, but I'm interested anyways.

Im here at work all day. Then off to get my little brother something for his birthday then to my hometown for a benefit bball game because a 4th grader there is in Denver for chemo due to kidney cancer they just found and it's not looking good. Then Sat Toby has to work some and Sunday is Me and E day :-)

Oh this morning has dragged on! Usually when I'm super busy it flies by but not today. I did have my Pre-K student come early so I just let her stay with the older kids and boy she schooled them. She was MEAN. She even slapped their hands away a couple times for grabbing things. I couldn't help but die laughing.

I still have a meeting and test another kiddo today so no leaving early for me today. I'm also starving and it's before 11am and I ate breakfast. I don't know what's going on.

No real plans for the weekend. We might go out tonight with some guys Jeremy works with for a b-day party tonight but I'm not sure if we are or not. Other than that, nothing. Might try to talk him into a movie since we didn't do it last weekend and we have a GC.

TGIF is right!! This week has actuallly gone by pretty fast for me. Tonight I have nothing planned except for going to my moms house and watching her dog for a little while. Then tomorrow I want to go look at a new car. My tahoe getting 14MPG is not really working for me. And a 400 dollar a month car payment isn't really to great either. Me and H are going to dinner and a movie either Saturday or Sunday. And I need to do laundry desperately, I look like a boy today for what i'm wearing. I had to purposly wear my hair down so it made me look more girly. haha

Happy Friday! I went to the DMV this morning since my replacement, for my replacement license was f'd up again. Long story, but they had a "glitch" in their system and it kept printing out my last name twice on my license. The manager was really nice and it helped that she was the one who helped me out last time around so she remembered me. I just hope that in 4-6 weeks my license has the right name on it.

Plans for the weekend include a graduation dinner tonight, tomorrow we're having a "romantic evening", and Sunday we'll watch football and be lazy.

Short week for me but it still seemed long.

Tonight- babysitting one of my favorite almost 3 year olds....my friend and her husband are going out for a date so she asked if I can watch her son. I said of course...my first time watching him at night. She made some brownies and I can do my laundry at her house, ha-ha.

Tomorrow - 9-10 mile run, maybe lunch with two friends and then grocery shopping

Sunday - cleaning, finishing up grocery shopping & laundry and sleeping in!

I'm all hopped on sugar cause it was January birthday day at work at they got cupcakes. I had two.

I'm donating blood later this afternoon. I have special blood. It's CMV neg, so it helps newborn babies and people with immune disorders. I pretty much go ever 54 days or whatever it is just do I don't get calls.

Tonight and tomorrow, there are hockey games. After tonight's game, H and I are hitting up dinosaur BBQ.

Tomorrow, other than the hockey game, nothing.

Sunday, I will be watching the Jets vs Steelers and won't know who I'm rooting for. Probably the Steelers. On the plus side, that means I, by default, like one of the teams in the super bowl. I'll kinda/sorta pay attention to GB vs Chicago and will kinda be rooting for Chicago (BIL is obsessed with the bears and niece has all of these adorable bears outfits. BIL, who is Mr. Mom, says he'll make her a bears cheerleaders uniform if they make the super bowl and that would be soooooooooo cute).
