The Texting Fountain Lady!!!!!
I honestly think she did the whole thing on purpose to get publicity.....but I still think she is one of the biggest idiots of all time! I mean - if you shop at that mall often enough - or work there, better yet - you know there's a fountain there. Here's a thought - watch where you're going!!!!!
And she's 49 years old - really?? My 12 year old step daughter is smart enough to know that if you're walking and texting you still glance up so you know not to walk into anything or anyone.
I definitely give the Blue Ribbon award for stupidity to this nut. Good luck with your little lawsuit - as if you have a case!!! You can't fix stupid...

how is she planning on suing???? what's her case? she fell into the fountain because she wasn't paying attention. whose fault was that?

Yeah, you have to be a complete idiot to not look up every so often when you are texting, there are other people around, it is a mall. And seriously, you can see a fountain from reasonably far away, so haw long had it been since she had looked up.
I also read somewhere that she had warrants out on her, so by making a big deal about suing she let law enforcement know where she is so that they can take her in on her warrants. DUMB!
I think that someone said she is suing because no one came to her rescue for a long time. I did not read that though, just hear say.
ITA that she gets blue ribbon for stupid.
I haven't been following the events that are transpiring over the last couple of days but from what I heard I thought she was suing the mall for releasing the footage of her falling in and being made to look like an idiot.
I guess I better go read some news articles to find out the scoop
And yes! I did hear that she has numerous open criminal cases and other lawsuits filed against her! Not the smartest cookie in the box!

I think she CLAIMS was mad since it was security footage that it was leaked to you tube but she didn't ahve to come forward hello you can't tell who it is!!
Yea she was arrested then for using someone else's credit card and she had a record already!!
good point!! she's the one bringing attention to herself. I swear, if this girl wins money out of this, I'm gonna take a swim in the nearest mall fountain and collect my fortune!!! geez louise
It was made by mall security. You can see the TV screen in some shots and see them rewinding the video and showing it from different angle.
If she had just pretended it wasn't her, no one would have known. I think she came forward to get her 15 minutes and totally forget that she had a criminal past. At least we can all laugh at her, for the fountain and her general stupidity.
