Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Good news, I had to share!
So I am dying to share because I am so freaking excited!!! Good news! My Doctors appointment went very well!
After 5 weeks of crutches, no weight on my leg or bending my knee....
The doctor told me i can try to start bending my knee (although I
can't really bend it much) and to start putting pressure on my leg
again! oh yes, and no more crappy brace!! Yay! physical therapy starts
next week... watch out I am going to be walking on my own very soon! I am so excited I had to share!
