no real major vents either... I'm boring ....I know....
AW: I'm not sure of the definition of AW, but DH just learned that his full unemployment benefits will be extended for another 13 weeks. (Sighs with relief)
Confession: I haven't done a whole lot of work today. It's so cold and that's all I can concentrate on.
Vent:My least favorite thing on FB is when people post those generic "If you have a daughter..." or "If you love your spouse..." or "If you have a sister..." or worse "If you have a child..." and always ending with "re-post this". First off, it makes those of us that don't have those things feel crappy and just reminds us of what we don't have. Second off, if you do have those things, why can't you just TELL that person that you love them, or are grateful for them? Why do you have to do it in such a generic way? If you want the rest of your FB world to know how you feel then change your status to "I love my DH" or whoever it is you're trying to communicate your feelings towards. UGH!

I'm looking forward to shopping for Vegas tomorrow with my BFF. It takes my mind off of this horrible weather!
AW: I've lost 2 pounds so far in the last 2 weeks ... trying to lose at least 10 by May (using my friend's wedding as a goal date).
Confession: I totally have cabin fever and have been so crabby lately. I need spring to come quickly!
Vent: My MIL pulled a devious little stunt and convinced Andy to buy her a plane ticket to go visit my SIL (Andy's sister) in L.A. next month. SIL & husband are moving into a new house and MIL said she was making plans to go out and help them get settled in their new place. Then she invites Andy to go on the trip too, and he says that would work great because he's already going to be in L.A. for a convention that week. Then she says that she's "a little short on money" but she'll buy some of his meals while they're out there if he takes care of her plane ticket. Ugh. Sorry, but I think it's pathetic that someone her age (62) has mismanaged her money so badly that she can't afford to buy a $250 plane ticket, but is willing to weasel her son into buying it for her so she can still take the trip. How about this - don't plan an unnecessary trip you can't pay for! I'm mad at Andy for agreeing to the whole thing too ... he needs to stand up to his mom.

AW: My cousins and I are riding on the Titan truck for the Northwinds next Sarurday in the Winter Carnival Parade. They named the truck Chester after my grandpa that passed away in the fall. He was very active with the Northwinds and they wanted his family to ride on the truck in his honor!
Vent: I am so sick of hearing people complain about not liking their job, how they are unhappy about their weight and other things (not you ladies, people IRL). If you are that unhappy stop complaining and do something about it!
Confession: I am really worried about DH going to school, he is such a procrastinator and waits until the last minute to do his homework. Once he starts his nursing courses it is going to be a lot tougher to push things off. I try to encourage him to get stuff done early but sometimes I feel like I am nagging!
AW- Aiden is taking to Potty training a lot quick then I thought
Vent - I am so sick of this cold weather. Pre-Aiden I would just deal with it & go get the stuff done I need to get done Now with Aiden I would much rather stay home then get him all dressed up to rush to then rush into where ever then get all dressed up to rush back to the car to go home (plus if we do go out it's more then 1 place we have to stop at)
Not sure if this is really an AW per se but I just mailed off my resume for the perfect job. Well, the perfect job would be to travel around the world for fun but apparently that's not realistic.
Confession: I hate the feeling of freshly washed jeans when they're a little too snug and stiff. I was hoping I could get a couple more weeks out of my only cleanish broken in ones but they have stupid salt marks on the hems.
Vent: Winter sucks. I'm read for summer.
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.
Vent: I HATE that people are always asking DH and I when we're going to have babies or if I'm pregnant. No, I'm not pregnant, I just bought tampons, no, we're not having children any time soon... I'm really afraid that I might blow up at the next person to ask... so I've been avoiding going out with friends at all costs...
AW: I went to the gym today in this cold weather and the only other person that was there was this really old guy walking on the treadmill. I loved that it was quiet.
Confession: I'm addicted to Diet Mountain Dew and ice cream in the winter.
AW: I gave a double donation of platelets last weekend. This is my version of volunteering.
Confession: I have watched a lot of television this week. I think bears hibernate less than I do.
Vent: I am sorry to say this, but my job was brutal this week. It is taking me down. I am trying to find solutions.
