As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. One of our agents had a closing last week and it was for a huge track of land. His commission check was $48K. He is just now setting up direct deposit and I told him it would take 5 days. He said it didn't matter b/c he was depositing to a savings account anyway.
Holy cow!! He must have money from elsewhere b/c if I were due a $48,000 check I would definitely want it right then and there. That's more than my salary for a year! Almost two years!
Man, what on earth would it feel like to be able to just ignore $48K and put it right into savings? He must be like that Real Housewife Nola posted the other day. Crazy, man!
(oh, and if anyone is making a mad dash to switch to real estate - this is NOT a normal sized commission check for our area. not even close).
