After a bit of searching, I didn't see a post relating specifically to only lube, so here goes. I need a good lube rec and wondered what people on here liked best. Mostly for PV sex or foreplay, but that could also be used for anal (if people use different ones for different things).
Thanks!
Re: Lube
I think there was one on here but it was MONTHS ago. You don't want to look that far back. LOL!!
Well, lube. . . I currently am using JO water based lube for sex and a little foreplay. I am learning more about organic lube like Good Clean Love.
Didn't like ID glide or Wet. They dried out fast and even got a little sticky. Good luck!
anal: anal eze. It's amazing.
I like flavored lubes that are enhancers. There's this cream that tastes like creme brulee and is called making whoopie. Oh God that stuff is crazy.
Pjur is my all time favorite. It's a silicone base and compatible with latex condoms. Water based lube's are a little too 'thin' for me and get absorbed quickly. The silicone base lasts a long time and feel more slippery than just wet.

Slumber Parties sells a water based lubricant called Just Like Me. It's the best water based one I've found. As others said, most water-based lubes tend to be a little thin and dry up quickly; not this one. It is flavored. I've only tried the pear flavor, and it was okay but not amazing.
Silicone lubes are very resilient. They're good if you want something more than water based, but still latex compatible. They can be hard to wash off though since they're not water based. On the plus side, they're excellent for water play since water won't wash them off as quickly.
I was a manager at a popular adult novelty store , if your looking for something that you can use both vaginally and anally. Go for a silicone based lube. Pros. Extreme slickness , never dries up and its the closest thing to natural female secretions. Cons its tough to clean up. You need soap and water. Swiss Navy is the name of the best 100% silicone lube in my opinion. However, try and find a product called Synergy. Its by the company WET. Its fairly new. Its water and silicone based. Much easier to clean with the same slickness. The blue and black bottle has mint in it. Its great if you have any issue climaxing. The pink and black bottle is they're regular lube. Both are edible. The mint tastes ...minty...the pink bottle tastes somewhat like candy. But they AREN'T marketed as edible lubes. Thats not they're purpose.
Only use edible lubes when performing oral because it lubes have sugar and additives , you never know how it will react with your parts. As well as your partners..parts. Hope this helps!!!
Please don't use AnalEze, it numbs you to what's going on back there and can result in tears which can get infected and fissures and all sorts of bad bad bad things.
Also, a PP mentioned to only use flavored lubes for non-penetrative sex, because you don't know what the chemicals/sugars will do the the delicate balance of your vagina (read: yeast infections).
I have heard great things about Sliquid, which is a silicone lube (although don't use it with silicone toys, it can damage them).
Personally, I have had great success with the drugstore standards: Astroglide and KY, for both vaginal and anal. Astroglide is a bit thinner, may be better for handjobs, vaginal. KY is (IMO) better for anal because it stays where you put it. Also, as water-based lubes, if they get sticky, just wet them with a little water to "reactivate" (keeping a glass by the bed helps).
Hope this helped!
and have fun!

Pjur eros. I turn water based lube into soap. There are a few hybrid water/silicone lubes now. The wet synergy is ok, but I still prefer the Pjur
