Rainy Saturday here... not feeling very motivated, so I added a bunch of 2010 travel pics to my bio.  Lots of sunny skies, if you need some vitamin D :)!

    :)!  Yeah, it's pretty cool to be able to pack her up.  Naples is great, but it's definitely not like home in terms of boarding pets.  We were lucky to find a pretty reasonable place, but it's outdoor only, so when it's cold/wet or really hot, I feel bad to leave her.  We're working on getting a "pet passport", so she can come with us on our summer vacation!  Paws crossed :)!

    That pic is actually from our 1st anniversary (insert, awww, here). We've been back twice since... for our 2nd anniversary (double awww) and then coming home after this past NYE!

    Anyway, it's basic Tuscan food, so no haute stuff, but it's so fresh and delicious... yum! My favorite:  primi-- pici w/ a fresh pecorino and garlic (I LOVE garlic).  For the main event, we usually split a bistecca fiorentina.  Again, it's a simple preparation, but soooo fresh and so good... rosemary and seasalt is all you need (and a splash of EVO).  My BFF was w/ us this last time and she's more adventurous... LOVE the tripe primi-- tripe, but mixed w/ light tomato and fresh herbs.
