I have a stupid question. Where did you find cheap mini blinds to make your homemade roman shades? Our dog destroyed 2 of the blinds in our place and I need to replace them. I'd like to spend next to nothing on them because, well, I hate our landlords. The $3.99 Target blinds are too small. Poo.
