Removing bath tub stains.

My fiance gets really dirty at work and it ends up staining the porcelain in the bathtub every time he takes a shower. How can I get it white again? Is there any way to prevent it from happening so much?

I would probably try a Magic Eraser (they seem to work miracles on tubs/showers and pretty much everything else)!

A spray bottle with vinegar is amazing at cleaning tubs. Also bar keeper's friend makes things white.

I find that some commet and a sponge works the best. Work it into a paste. Make sure you don't scrub too hard, and scratch it.

Sprinkle baking soda in shower after you shower and let it sit. Next person who showers rubs the baking soda in with their feet and cleans it.

If you don't mind using chemicals, the works is usually what I use for everything bathroom related. My dad has so much iron in the water at his house that it turns everything it touches orange. The works melts away the rust stains like they never existed, and I can usually find it at the dollar store.

First sprinkle some powder Comet on the bottom of your tub then spray down the entire thing with spray Comet scrub it down and rinse if you still have some red rust looking stains get Whink rust stain remover for hard water stains, you can usually find it at WalMart squirt it on the stain you may need to scrub a bit wear gloves it's an acid. I used to work at a cleaning company and this works miracles also if you have ugly rust stains in your toilet squirt some Whink in there too let it sit for a few minutes scrub with a toilet brush and flush voila!
