PSA: Jazzercise One-Day Sale on Monday
Come to Jazzercise with me! I did this a year ago and have since been HOOKED! Prior to joining I "didn't believe in exercise" and now I go 3-4x/week. Jazzercise combines ever-changing music set list with dance aerobics, kickboxing, pilates, stretch, and strength training into an hour long program.
On Monday when you join Jan/Feb, March, and April are just $29/mth + $30 one time joining fee. If you can't come Monday, you can call to pre-register.

I jazzercise at Bridgetown. Love it. My instructor is the city tester Peggy Vogel Spreen. She is a goddess of the workout, kicks my butt!!!
