I don't have set days for these scheduled, but some are leftovers from yesterday, so I should have some quick meals this week.
Leftover Cheddar Ale Soup with Spicy Turkey Sausage (instead of bacon)
Leftover Turkey & Pineapple Meatballs with Teriyaki glaze (I make them as kabobs with bell peppers and fresh pineapple) served over rice
Pork Chops with Sauteed Apples and Cider Cream Sauce
Pomegranate Chili Glazed Chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, and some vegetable

Ooo great idea! I suck at sticking to a set menu. We usually just pick a few to get groceries for and then decide the day before or that morning what we'll make based on the plans for the day.
This week all we have planned are:
Tonight - left overs
Lasagna
Some kind of soup or chili
We're off to the butcher store tonight to spend some gift cards though, so I'm sure we'll come up with some ideas.
I really suck at side dishes and salads too. I could use some ideas! Seriously, all we ever have is peas or corn or potatoes. Boring!
Story of my life, haha. Of course I don't like much other meats besides poultry and fish. And I love pasta.
Yesterday - Almost cheese-less Butternut Pasta casserole
Today - Baked Chili in Polenta Crust - using ground turkey instead of beef
Tues - FFY - Book club for me, I made a small extra casserole yesterday to take for Book Club.
Wednesday - Beef Stroganauff
Thursday - Tuna Casserole
Friday - Probably go out
Saturday - Left Overs
Mon: Grilled mahi mahi w/ baked potato & asparagus
Tues: Tequila lime chicken w/ skinny cilantro lime rice and zucchini
Wed: Thai coconut curry shrim w/ rice & cabbage
Thurs: Baked chicken w/ corn & broccoli
Fri: BBQ chicken "super spuds" w/ green beans
Lunches: Leftover skinny beef, potato, and quinoa soup, baked chicken w/ rice and veggies
I love this idea 'cause I am TERRIBLE at this.
Tonight-light chili mac
Tues-cheese ravolis and homemade pasta sauce (I made some last week and it is in the freezer)
Wed-I am going to my first CrossFit class to see what it is about and so I am going to have leftovers
Thurs-WW version of shrimp fetteucine
Fri-not sure. We may have more leftovers
Sat-grocery shopping and menu making day
