Monday Weigh In

I hope I am not taking someone's job away by doing this but I didn't see a post.

I was up 0.2 lbs on Thursday. Thursday was a really sh*t day for me so it was a blow even though it wasn't a ton of weight. I hosted 2 of my teenage brothers this weekend and all they do is EAT! So I fear this week won't be any better! I've been really sick and I was curious, if I throw it up, do I have to count it? Big Smile

THat would be a really horrible question to ask a weight watchers and it would probably send the wrong message! Ha!

Is there a day that works better for any of you or is Monday good?

  • I'm surprisingly down 3lbs.  I have no idea how.  I only worked out on Saturday, and although I worked super hard - it was one day.  I ate basically the same, and I even had a bit of wine Friday night.

    Oh well.. I'll take it!

     

    I personally hate Monday weigh ins because I just ate like a slob for the weekend.  I like Friday as the true test since I've behaved all week, I know if I have wiggle room or not for the weekend menu.  But at this point, I'll take whatever since I need to not be such a fatty!!

    So true...I was especially awful yesterday! I have been steadly gaining weight (not a lot, like 3 pounds, although probably close to 7 since the wedding), but I have been doing a lot more weight training...I keep telling myself muscle weighs more than far (which it does), but seeing the number go up on the scale is damn depressing
  • I was up .4 lbs. Not a lot I know, but disappointing still. I've been stress eating though. Trying to step up my workouts so maybe I can beat it.

  • I have been trying to eat healthier.  I have not been working out though.  I am still trying to get in the routine of working out and will eventually get there.  This is my first official weigh in (sorry), but I have lost 6 pounds since the last time I weighed myself two weeks ago so I was pretty happy!

  • I just oscillate between the same 3 pounds and never seem to lose overall over a weeks time.
