Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. I think knowing how long anything is going to last makes it more bearable. (Ex. I like running on a treadmill because I like to stare at the minutes going by or the distance I've run.)
I like that the book is research based and isn't preachy (from what I've heard). May started having serious sleep issues on Friday night (right at week 16) and I was just glad that most of the girls on my bump board had already gone through this phase so I know it's a) not my fault in some way and b)not going to last forever.
Thanks for the warning. If I had read the chapter without you saying that I might have not read the rest of the book. I get easily turned off by crap like that.
Can I just skip that chapter or does it need to be read to understand the rest of the book?
