chicken breast
I have 2 huge chicken breast that I wasn't to roast for dinner tonight. The only problem is that I don't know how to do it without drying it out. I am always nervous that I will under cook it so I usually over cook. Could you give me a recipe or some tips please.

Grilled Lemon Chicken and Potatoes was really good. i added lemon zest too.
you could do either of these with chicken breasts but maybe cook a little less to keep it from drying out.
