October 2010 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hope I am not taking someone's job away by doing this but I didn't see a post.
I was up 0.2 lbs on Thursday. Thursday was a really sh*t day for me so it was a blow even though it wasn't a ton of weight. I hosted 2 of my teenage brothers this weekend and all they do is EAT! So I fear this week won't be any better! I've been really sick and I was curious, if I throw it up, do I have to count it? 
THat would be a really horrible question to ask a weight watchers and it would probably send the wrong message! Ha!
Is there a day that works better for any of you or is Monday good?

I'm surprisingly down 3lbs. I have no idea how. I only worked out on Saturday, and although I worked super hard - it was one day. I ate basically the same, and I even had a bit of wine Friday night.
Oh well.. I'll take it!
I personally hate Monday weigh ins because I just ate like a slob for the weekend. I like Friday as the true test since I've behaved all week, I know if I have wiggle room or not for the weekend menu. But at this point, I'll take whatever since I need to not be such a fatty!!
