How easy is this to make? Remember that I am cooking impaired. I was thinking of making it for Ducks, although I'm thinking it might dirty too many dishes (which I hate doing when Mr. Spiderman isn't required to clean up after me). Would you consider adding pine nuts to it?

Um, I think I need to get caught up to understand the game.
But, yes the recipe is easy-peasy and I brought it to them last night. (wah-wah) If you make it anyway I would not add pinenuts, but I would add more gorgonzola, it was a little light on flavor for me. If you make it for meat-eaters I might add crumbled sausage.
