Recipe Rave for Baked Haddock

It was so good and Jay even said it was the best baked fish he's ever had. I followed this exact recipe except I used plain panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray instead of regular butter. Right before baking I also sprinkled the breaded fish fillets with black pepper and garlic powder. Came out awesome!!
