Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

E - begining of week 4 of p90x. today was yoga and it was lovely.
B#2 - Cup of Oatmeal
L - 1/2 peice of chicken parm leftovers, some croisants that were leftover too
S - handful of grades, scoop of cookie dough
(making homemade choco chip cookies. I bought splenda brown sugar and made it with that.. we'll see. the dough came out pretty good but haven't tried the finished product yet)
D - Leftover pot roast from last night
S - chocolate chip cookies! nom nom nom

L - sandwich of turkey, cheddar, extra tomato, and spicy mustard; chocolate muffin
D - sole meuniere, pasta with brussels sprouts
