Started painting last night, here are some pics: (they are crappy cell phone pics btw)
I have to find one from before we started, but we had no backsplash and the counters were dark 70's style wood. The appliances are all the same but everything else is new. I don't have pictures of the new paint yet. Oh, and the backplash isn't grouted yet either. Let me know what you think!!

For the most part Lance is doing everything himself, I am not much help because I am trying super hard to buckle down and get our 200+ TY's done!
We had my dad's friend who is a carpenter install our cabinets and my dad who is an electrician put in our new accent lights and added some outlets for me, Lance did help with the electrical. Other than that, we have done everything else. Lance is finishing up the backsplash as I type. All we have left is grout, finish up the eletrical (which is happening tomorrow), one more coat of paint, and to repaint the wood stained trim white. We have to do the floor, we are putting down ceramic tile but probably won't do that until we get back from our honeymoon. Phew, that is exhausting to type!
