Took a big step today...
Sorry, I went back to my AE for this one... the context of this post should be a good giveaway of who I am
Yesterday STBXH showed up to pick up the baby and in his truck was all of his girlfirends stuff, yep, shes moving in.
Today... I called legal aid about getting a divorce. I had to answer some questions and they scheduled me for tomorrow a lawyer is going to call me to discuss it. Im not really sure what that means but i'll take any help to get me pointed in the right direction at this point. No more dragging my feet. I need to have my name legally separated from his shenanigans.
Before yesterday I was not emotionally ready to make that call, and today I got through it without 1 tear. Yay me!!!!

Congratulations on moving forward. It might get harder before it gets easier, but you are definitely doing what is best for you and your daughter. I wish you continued strength through it all.
I think you are doing the right thing. Even though you knew it was over, I am sure it had to hurt a little to see the new GF things.
But yay for moving on with your life! I see good things in your future. Keeping taking care of yourself and your child and it will all work out!
