    I'm still recovering from this lingering cough, so I worked out twice last week, but I just did moderate walking, no jogging.   I wasn't too strict on the Points this weekend, but I still managed to lose. 

    How much weight did you lose?

     Since I joined WW (5 weeks now) I lost 6.6 lbs!! WHOO HOOOO!!

    What are your goals for this week?

     Do not cheat on my points at all and to work out 3x

     

     

  • How did you ladies do last week?  Setbacks?  Progress?  - The only setback was this weekend (really only Sunday).  But last week I joined Xsport because I just can't get any more weight off at home.  I love it!

    How much weight did you lose?   2.  Only 12 more to go!  (from 25!)

    What are your goals for this week?  Go to the gym everyday...try my hand at running and keep being AWESOME at eating.

  • Well I had not joined in here since I had nothing to say until this week. I started the 30DS this past Saturday and my body still hurts but I was not feeling bad during the workout so thats a good sign! I will resume tomorrow and see how I feel. 

    No weight improvements yet but hopefully looking to trim 5 lbs off at this point. Maintaining that is big though.

     My goal is to work out 3x/week and not let myself indulge as much as lately!

  • I'm down 4 lbs. total from when I started on Jan. 1. =) I've been doing good at sticking to my weekly workout plan AND taking my vitamin every day (except for the long weekend last week because I forgot to bring them home from work!).

    Of all places, they had donuts and brownies at the GYM yesterday!  It was member appreciation day and the girl working pretty much forced a brownie down my throat (LOL).....but luckily they were small and I used my flex points to count it in so I'm good to go.

    I usually get 28-30 activity points a week with the workout schedule I made.  I'll raise those come April or May when the weather gets better and I can start my 6 mile bike rides again - this time Amanda will be on board with those too since we got her a bike for her birthday and a big, comfy bike seat for Christmas!

  • How did you ladies do last week?  Setbacks?  Progress? I made it to the gym tues-friday and then we spend the entire weekend moving. I could the moving as cardio because I was constantly running up and down stairs lol

    How much weight did you lose? 1 lb. .. its not much but its something lol 

    What are your goals for this week? to stick to my gym schedule. I am now about 30 mins away from the gym so it was hard for me to get up earlier yesterday and I felt so exhausted this morning that I decided that I am going to the gym mon wed and fri this week until I get used to the early mornings. Ill do the 30 DS when I get home on the days that I don't work out.

     HAHA that's hilarious!!!  My gym did that too one day, they had music and cookies to celebrate customer appreciation also - thanks for the kind gesture, but pass out water and bananas or something!!!   Thank God for flex points!

  • I lost 5lbs in the last two weeks. If I keep it up by week 8 I will be at my goal.

    My gym does this too! ALL THE TIME. Cookies, pizza, Rita's, etc. etc... it is so weird and very cruel in my opinion!

    Last week my MAJOR setback was the incarceration of my personal trainer! Luckily I think I learned enough from him to workout on my own, but it's not the same as having someone breathing down your neck telling you to do one.more.set.

    Pounds - I'm not really counting. I liked what the scale said this morning (-5 lbs!) but I rely more on how my clothes fit!

    Goals for this week - Only cheat on one weekend meal -- I have been allowing 2 or 3 cheat meals. Oops.

    I felt very sluggish last week!  Despite that, I managed to work out everyday except Thursday and Saturday.

    How much weight did you lose?  Dunno.  I weigh myself about once a month....

    What are your goals for this week?  Start working out with weights regularly!  Every time I get into the swing of it, I tweak my neck :(  Hopefully I'm past that now!
