Chicago GTG (sorry)
1. Dinner Friday night at Rockit Bar & Grill is booked for 8pm. Currently for 15 people and we can adjust as needed as the time approaches. ETA Again: It is Mac Madness that week and they are featuring a new mac 'n cheese every night. YUM!
2. For people questioning arrival times the time shown on your ticket or confirmation is usually listed in the time zone that you are landing in or taking off from. So if your ticket say 1:15 PM arrival that would be central time.
3. Sarah B - when filling out the cc form are they charging it now or just keeping the number for info? No big deal just curious so I know when my $ will be coming out.

5. I know there are midwest girls who haven't replied yes or no so I don't even know if they know this is going on... Megan, Krysten? Does anyone know? I just saw Sarah S and Sarah G posted on the other thread. I hope you ladies can come.
ETA #6. I can still pick some people up from the airport if you are flying into Midway send me an email with the time of your arrival and we can try and work out that I can pick up people.

On the CC form, just check Room Guarantee (that way you can provide a different card at check in if you want to).
I faxed mine over this morning and already heard back from Erin that she got it. You can also call her directly at the number in the email and she will take care of it over the phone with you!
Thank you for booking Rockit!! I love that place and I think it'll be awesome. It's only about a 10min walk from the hotel too, which is convenient.
I haven't seen Megan or Krysten around too much, but our 800 GTG threads are hard to miss, no?

1)if I can make it happen does the hotel have parking. I will have to drive but would stay over (Saturday if I do it).
And 2)If I can make it are people going to be bummed/upset that I am bringing a baby along. I really don't think DH would let me leave her for an overnight trip with me still pumping for her.

The hotel does have parking. $46/night by valet. It's worth it. DH and I always valet our car when we come to Chicago.

I don't have any problems with you bringing beautiful miss Maddy. I'm personally not bringing Brody because I'm in much need of some girl time, and I didn't want to feel like I was missing out on anything because I had to be "home" early so B could go to bed. That, and flying by myself with a 12 month old could be a disaster....
