It's another family friend. She does not watch any other children, but has a 4ish year old little boy at home and a 9 year old girl in school.
She has no problem if he has a fever.
And she understands me wanting him held for bottles because of his ear infections!
She starts Monday and is excited. I told her what we paid and she laughed and said we didn't need to pay her.
The best part is...she's not even a mile from my house! I can drop Levi off and DH will pick him up.
Whew....that weight is lifted...
Now to tell the current sitter.

I am so excited and happy for you, what a great feeling! I would tell the old sitter and I wouldn't sugar coat why either; your child, your rules - no exceptions.
I think this is a great idea, or gift cards to Target, etc. for household items that she might go through as well.
