job vibes?
The time is quickly coming upon me where I need to start looking for jobs where the boy lives. I've done google searches and used the job search engines and done a search through our international association for my field.
And came up with a whopping one place. I'm going to contact them just to get my name out there but I'm not very hopeful right now.
Can the May '08 powers that be give me a little bit of their magic? We can survive off of his income but I would hate to be unemployeed. I could work outside of my field but I'd just rather find something good now.

How's the current job situation?
Current job situation is pretty ok. Still getting beat up by my clients, but that's to be expected.
I had a long conversation with my supervisor and the director of the company about what they want to see more of from me. I think everything they said was a weakness of mine was valid. They both think I am capable of improving on it though, so it was better than other talks I've had with them in the past.
Well I'm glad to hear that you could have a constructive conversation with them. I hope that it makes your hours situation better as a bonus.
