La Caretta's
La Caretta's sounds like a winner! It's centrally located and you girls are giving it good reviews 
I've never been there...but I do love me some margarita's and mexican food. What kind of days work for you all? Days, evenings? During the week, weekends? I have an ever changing schedule. I work nights but never the same days each week. So I'm actually pretty easy to accomodate. The only day that works least for me is Sundays. My husband doesn't work and that's the only full day we have to spend together.
Christen- Maybe you could come and just have 1 drink? I know money is tight since you are out of work, but I don't want anyone to be left out.
P.S. have good weekends. I think I'm going to surprise the hubbs with a homemade surf and turf dinner tonight. Want to make it a little romantic...but have a feeling it will just end up being dinner and then watching a movie on the couch. Haha.

I've never been to La Caretta's either, but I hear tons of great stuff about it. I think a Saturday would be the best bet for me, I work M-F 8-5, so weekends are open for me. Or maybe even a Friday night!

CPA exam course on Sat at UNO and my bf just started a brand new business so I help her with the bookkeeping on Fridays/Saturdays
She opened this http://purebarre.com/ on Magazine St. I tried the workout once and quit after 5 mins. It kicked my butt. It also has an upscale workout clothing boutique attached to the studio where I drool over all of the clothing items as I take inventory. She has some dogeared jewelry in there that I have bought a couple pieces of.
