Cupcakes
So, we are having some family & friends over for a super bowl party. I am going to be making some cupcakes with grass and mini footballs. I am also making some with the teams logos. However, I want a recipe that isnt your typical vanilla or chocolate. Anyone got any good recipes?

Wow, weird. I was just going to post about the cupcakes I made tonight..They're just vanilla, but I'm piping chocolate ganache in the middle as kind of a fun surprise. If I had to make different cupcakes though, you could do coconut cupcakes, using coconut flavoring, and some real coconut flakes. That's the flavor that was bouncing around in my head earlier today...

All ganache is a package of chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet to cut the bitterness), most recipes call for dark; 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream and a couple of tablespoons of butter. Melt the cream and the butter on high until the cream boils, and then pour over the chocolate in another bowl. You can add some vanilla to really bring down the bitter taste. Wisk until smooth, cover and refridgerate, or you can let it stay out so it doesnt get super hard before working with it.
I'll let you know how they turn out tomorrow night. I'm just going to use my piping bag to shoot the chocolate in the middle of the cupcake.

ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it.
3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy
next up-Reproductive immunologist Appt 3/27, cycling in may?
