Fun while it lasted?
Well this sucks.
About an hour and a half ago, Center A got a call from HR. The job position they had approved that I was hired for was revoked. The center can try to apply again, but I was sent home. They said there was no point staying for the full day since there's a possibility I won't be able to work there at all if they don't get the paperwork ironed out. We don't know if/when we'll hear about the revised/resubmitted position.
Aaaaaaaaand now I'm going to devour a box of cookies and watch Scrubs in my PJs.

Thanks gals. Yeah, Center A is the one I've been at for a while. I really love the staff. However, I do still start at Center B tomorrow (assuming all things stay worked out...), and the more I learn about it, the more excited I am. I think it's going to be a great experience there.
I'm still hoping both will work out, but Center A is looking more and more bleak.
We'll see...
