Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

To leave thank you notes on co-workers desks for baby gifts. Or should I mail them to their homes?

Yes-so far all were given to me at work. I have a feeling that some more will be coming next week based on some things that were said. I am crazy and like to have thank you's mailed or given within 24-48 hrs of gift receipt.
I think you're fine for thank yous at work. And I am the same way. I had all my wedding shower thank yous written withint 72 hours of the shower (it would have been sooner but I was hung over from my bachelorette which was the same day!!) and for the wedding had them all done w/in 1-2 weeks; but sooner if the gift was provided before the wedding. I totally hear you!
