Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh...thanks co-irker for making me look like a fool!
So I am the office gate keeper and when we get solicitor calls they usually get directed to me because I am the only one who has the balls (not trying to sound ego maniac here) to tell them no in an unfriendly way if needed.
Today we got our 3rd call from this douche bag who wants our boss, he's called, we've said no, he's been a total a$$ and hung up on me so on and so forth. Well today we managed to get his phone number so we knew who it was and could file a complaint. He did his usual thing and hung up on me, so I called his supervisor and filed a complaint and said if we ever get a call again I was filing a complaint with the BBB.
Not more then 5 minutes later our front desk guy gets a call from someone asking for our president's email address...so he (with out questioning him further) sends him back to me because he thinks its this douche bag...I pick up the phone say hello, and he says "can I get D... email address" Instead of me questioning him (yes I am taking some of the blame here) I launch into the "we've filed a complaint and we won't tolerate phone calls like this anymore" He quickly fired back and said NONONO I am from the USDA!!! My heart sank!!!
I feel like a total fool for doing that, I thought it was the D-bag and didn't think to further inquire...it kind of even sounded like him too...He joked it off and said he understood but still...
