My turn for job vibes
A couple months ago my company gave up marketing rights for the product I was working on, so since then I've been covering for someone who left the company and doing adhoc projects. I was never in danger of being laid-off but I'm itching to get into some permanent, and had an interview today for an internal position. It's at the same Ievel I'm at now but a much more high profile product, and I really like the person I'd be working for. The only problem is they have an external candidate who already has knowledge of the therapeutic area, and I don't.
I also have applied for a job at the company where my friend works. He loves the culture there and the company's doing great. I'm definitely qualified but may have applied too late since they're already interviewing people.
Please send vibes that at least one of these works out! I can't take much more of doing a little bit of this, a little bit of that...

Nah, either way I'm going to have to move eventually. The internal position is moving to the other site like all the others. As for the external one - the reason I've been resisting applying to that company is that it's a long commute. Now that I'm going to have a long commute anyway, I figured why not. At least that one is south of here so if I do move I would be closer to my family.
