Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Kenna - India
I'm curious out your canceled potential trip to India! Where and when would you have gone?
I went w/my family and family friends who are from Calcutta in July 2007. It was an amazing, but surreal exerience. I definitely want to go back at some point.
There aren't a ton of pics, but these are the pics from when we went (note: please disregard my outfits; my mom, sis and I went to Goodwill before the trip and bought conversative clothing that we could just leave there at the end of the trip):

The trip was going to be at the end of May to Coimbatore (southern India) for the friends' wedding. DH doesn't deal well with heat, so it's pretty much the worst time of the year to visit India for him (some of the hottest temperatures of the year). He's already gone out to India for work for a few weeks, so it wasn't super high on his priority list to go again in the immediate future (and these are primarily his friends)...
We're already going to fly out to Wisconsin for this same couple's US wedding (which is funny, since they already are legally married, just nobody in their families knows this) three weeks later, and will be getting flights/hotels/rental cars etc., so it was hard to add another $5K+ to go to their "second" out of three weddings.
