Speaking of creamed corn (fatass kitchen rec)
Made this tonight and we both LOVED it. Holy crap was this good. And since I had a rotisserie kitchen already shredded, I literally had this in the oven in under 10 minutes. 9 ww points for those counting. Only alteration, I mixed the chicken with instead of putting on top to make sure it stayed moist.

Best corn recipe EVA:
Sit two bags of frozen corn out to thaw.
Fry up some bacon in a big ass pan, and set it to the side. Drain MOST of the fat, but leave some in there, coating the pan.
Dump bags of corn into pan. Cook that sh!t up.
Once the corn is hot hot hot, reduce the heat and add a container of sour cream. Then crumble the bacon over it and serve.
This = awesome.
