Pls help me respond

To the friend who emailed about hair/mu for her wedding.

I don't want to commit to anythign yet. 3 of 7 BMs have responded that they want both hair and MU done (we don't know cost of hair yet, and MU has 2 options - $40 or $75).

I'm leaning towards doing just eyes ($40 mu) and then trying to do my own hair (thinking of continuing to grow it, then do curlers and curling iron).

Since others are responding, I feel like I need too also:

I'm interesting having my eyes done but I need to sit down and add up some totals for your wedding and ___'s (other friends that I'm in). I'm sorry to make you wait for a decision, but I just want to make sure I have all of my costs roughly covered before I commit to anything!

I think what you wrote is fine. I am sure that as long as she knows that you arent ignoring her there shouldnt be a problem (or at least I wouldnt have one). Maybe ask her when she needs a definitive answer by? But I would have no problem if I had gotten an email like that.

Completely agree with Montana.

I would also ask when she needs to have your answer, I know that I was bugging my girls but it was because we had to know what time we were starting hair/MU because we were using a room at the church.

Thanks ladies! Ashlee you're right...I know I did a preliminary email to see who was interesting just to try to figure out timing since we had stylists coming to the venue.

I agree with PP. What you have is fine and if you ask for a date to make a final decision, I think that would be fine.
