Recipe rave for Pam's very pregnant wife

We just had Kelly's Chicken Rotisserie Style Oven Roasted Chicken  (sorry can't link it) http://recipes.tysworld.com/index.php?m=recipes&a=view&recipe_id=4573 and it was delish! DH said that the "flavor went down to the bone." I didn't have white pepper so I skipped it, and I only had fresh thyme so I used that. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous when I made the "rub" because I found it to be spicy...but that wasn't the case at all. Thanks so much for a great recipe, Kelly!

  • It's perfect isn't it?  Dan calls it onion keister chicken!  I call it my wife's dowry.
