Last night, we had a photographer (friend of brother's GF) come to take pictures of our condo for the listing. It's unfortunate that we had to do it at night, but we'll see how much activity we get anyway. If necessary, we can do more photos later.
Amazing what difference it makes to clean up, get a little bouquet of flowers, and use a good camera!
