Crispy Ranch Chicken ?
Do you think I could make this recipe with boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs?? How would you adjust the cooking temp/time??
(I plan to use Panko bread crumbs instead of cereal)

Yes. I think you could. I was supposed to make them last week but ended up tossing the 8.00 package of organic chicken thighs... but I digress.
I would probably bake at 350 for about 25 min for breasts.
