how to make yogurt?
Has anyone tried to make yogurt before? Had any success? I would like to try and am looking for a good recipe/method. I'd prefer a greek yogurt type, but really would try anything.

How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?

I was all ready to try this until I got to the end and saw she only got 2 cups of yogurt out of it, which she said was 4 servings. We need at least twice that in our house every week. hmph...

yeah, when it's greek yogurt a serving size is so small. i think my oikos' are 6 oz. and regular yogurt is at least 8 oz. or more.
i used to make ricotta at home because paying $3.50 for a small container of organic valley seemed steep, but 1/2 gal of milk produces about the same, and costs $3.99 when it's not on sale.... so now I just buy it and save myself the trouble.
did you look into the w-s yogurt cooker?
