Really, seriously the Best Brownies Ever!
OK, so Bon Apetit had a recipe on the cover called Best Brownies Ever. I am skeptical. But I made them. They really truly are THE BEST BROWNIES EVER! They are fudgy and chewy and moist. Here's the kicker: I made them on Sunday. It is now Friday and they are STILL the best brownies ever! Not dried out at all, still yummy and fudgy and delicious. (And aren't you impressed that there are still a few brownies left over? I've been restraining myself to one to two a day--they are cut into pretty small pieces.)
