Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've recently stated to work out more, but I don't do very well on weekends because I'm not on my work schedule (I go in early and walk and or use the weight room), so I was thinking of getting some exercise video's off netflix to try out without having to buy a lot to determine what I really like...We bought bikes but of course with snow and frigid temps we're not riding. I'd love to get something other than biking that DH will do with me but I'm not sure that exists...

I'd agree on Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred...my mom and sister both swear by it (I'm evidently too lazy to do it; my other reason is that I don't feel like 20 minutes is a good enough workout, so I would prefer to go to the gym for an hour or more, but I don't do that either
).
I used to do Power Yoga on a very regular basis - it was MTV Power Yoga...the instructor's name was Kristen McGee, or something like that. I really loved it, and could totally see a difference in my body after using it for a few weeks. My husband did it with me once and swore he'd never do it again because he was so sore the next day - and he goes to the gym most days of the week. I'd highly recommend it.
