I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders :)
I want to take a page out of Dave Ramsey's book and yell.....
I AM DEBT FREEEEEEE!
After my H's next paycheck, we will be officially debt free! Well, of course other than our house! No car payments, no credit card payments, no student loans........completely debt free! Ahh, I am going to enjoy this break for a good while before I plan on buying another car again.
We were hoping to officially debt free last year but it took us a little longer than expected. But hey, better late than never!

WAHOO!!! How exciting! :-)
I love Dave Ramsey and think anyone even in the best financial situations can learn a little from him.

Dave Ramsey is awesome. It took us about a year to live according to his guidelines. It hasn't been easy, that's for sure!!
What's funny is I am so use to being "cheap" anymore that when I was home last week at my parents house I kinda forgot about their free spending ways (however, they don't have any debt). I was all like "Whoa, we ate out three times this week, you guys are high rollers". Ha. I can't even tell you the last time my H and I ate out together!!

PAIF/SAIF/PGAL welcome
That's amazing! I'm incredibly jealous, especially about school loans. Our school loan payments are outrageous and those won't be paid off for many, many years.
Congratulations! So awesome!

Congrats! We are on the Dave Ramsey's plan as well and we are hoping to be debt free by the end of this year (all we have are student loans). All we will have left will be the house! I'm sure that is a great feeling that I hope to have soon!
