I just don't understand people...
I'm poking around online, just wasting time (waiting to switch a load of laundry over before I can go to bed). And googled the nuvaring (my current form of BC).

My friend used the ring. When it came time to take it out and replace it with a new one, she couldn't find it. About a week later her boyfriend told her he had taken it out without her knowledge because he could feel it and he didn't like it. Meanwhile they had been having sex all this time without any protection! Now she's scared she may be pregnant.
....... WTF?!?! a) if this is true, her boyfriend is completely irresponsible/stupid. b) how did the friend NOT know that? I don't know if any of you use the nuva ring, but legit, you have to reach up and root around to get it out. Was she black out drunk? I can't even believe this.

Did it say how old they were? I would think if you are an older and responsible adult you would not be that stupid, but then again I guess there are those who really would be that stupid...
